At Maxtech, every product is tested and verified before sale to ensure top quality and performance. To maintain transparency and fairness for both our customers and our brand, please read our Warranty & Exchange Policy carefully. These terms apply to all purchases made from Maxtech online or in-store.

1. Unboxed / Open-Box Laptops

All unboxed laptops sold by Maxtech are original, unused, and thoroughly tested by our technical team. They may come from sealed returns, display units, or demo stock — but are functionally like new.

Warranty Coverage

  • Warranty Provider: Maxtech (Store Warranty)
  • Warranty Duration: 12 Months from the date of purchase
  • Covers: Internal hardware and performance defects; Display, motherboard, or keyboard faults under normal use; Charger replacement if found faulty within the warranty period

Does NOT Cover

  • Physical, liquid, or impact damage
  • Cosmetic wear, dents, or scratches
  • Software or OS-related issues (crashes, updates, viruses)
  • Damage from power surge, misuse, or third-party service

Return / Repair / Exchange Rules

  1. Warranty claims apply only to verified hardware defects.
  2. Customer must report issues during the warranty period via email, WhatsApp, or call with invoice copy and clear pictures/videos showing the issue.
  3. The product must be inspected by Maxtech engineers before approval.
  4. Once verified: repair will be prioritized. If not repairable, replacement of the same or equivalent model will be offered (subject to stock).
  5. Charger replacements are like-for-like only — no refunds. No returns for change of mind or appearance differences.

2. Brand New / Sealed Laptops

Brand-new, sealed laptops are covered only under the official manufacturer’s warranty.

Warranty Details

  • Warranty Provider: The respective laptop brand (ASUS, HP, Dell, Lenovo, Acer, etc.)
  • Warranty Duration: As mentioned by the brand (usually 1 year)
  • Service Handling: Directly through brand-authorized service centers. Maxtech holds no responsibility for brand warranty claims, decisions, or delays.

Customers should check the official brand website or included warranty card for claim instructions and service center details. If you need assistance identifying your service center, Maxtech Support can guide you via call or email.

3. Custom-Built PCs

All custom PCs assembled by Maxtech are built using brand-new components and tested for performance and stability.

Warranty Coverage

  • Warranty Provider: Maxtech (Store Warranty)
  • Warranty Duration: 12 Months from the date of assembly
  • Covers: Internal component failure or manufacturing defects

Does NOT Cover

  • Physical or electrical damage
  • Damage caused by overclocking or third-party tampering
  • Software or OS crashes
  • Components added or replaced by the customer post-purchase

Repair/Replacement rules: Customer must contact Maxtech with proof of issue and invoice. Technicians will test and verify the faulty part. If covered, the specific component will be repaired or replaced. Entire PC replacements or refunds are not provided.

4. Accessories & Components

Accessories (chargers, adapters, keyboards, mice, etc.) purchased separately carry a 7-Day Replacement Policy.

Replacement Rules

  • Valid only for dead-on-arrival or faulty-on-delivery items.
  • Must be reported within 7 days of purchase with invoice and unboxing proof.
  • Replacement will be processed after inspection and confirmation.
  • Physical damage, burnt ports, or compatibility issues are not covered.

5. General Terms (All Products)

  • No refunds or returns for personal preference, change of mind, or cosmetic dissatisfaction.
  • All warranty and exchange requests are subject to Maxtech’s inspection and approval.
  • Products found tampered, physically damaged, or serviced by third parties void the warranty immediately.
  • Customers must provide the original invoice for any claim.
  • Warranty and support are non-transferable and valid only for the original buyer.

Maxtech reserves the right to approve, repair, or reject claims based on product condition and inspection results.
